ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Corcoran, but I go by Beth. I’ve been practicing real estate for more than 15 years. I have held a salesperson’s license in Florida and now in South Carolina. (SC license # 101132)

Through the years I’ve worked with a variety of buyers, sellers, and investors in many different types of markets. Whether you are a first time home buyer or you’re looking for your special lake property, you will receive the same level of service and professionalism that I have given all of my past clients. Through my years of experience and training in the industry, I have become a strong problem solver and I can handle whatever a transaction brings to ultimately deliver the results for my clients.

I am licensed in all of South Carolina, but I concentrate mostly on the Upstate of South Carolina. My specific areas of expertise are Oconee, Anderson, and Pickens Counties. I also specialize in Lake Hartwell properties and can give tours by boat. Additionally, I can help in other areas of the state by referring you to qualified agents in any specific area.

In addition to being a Realtor, I give back to my local community by working in the local elementary schools as a substitute teacher. I am a certified teacher and tutor. I’m an avid outdoor enthusiast and boater. I enjoy hiking and spending time on the water fishing and exploring.
